Description: The group visits various garden and nature events throughout the season. Everyone can join. Car pooling is organized when attending events outside Oshawa.

Meetup Location: Tim Horton's at Rossland and Thornton
Description: A networking group for those looking for someone to travel with. Find a roommate and avoid the single supplement or choose to have a room of your own. Either way, you will be with like-minded travellers to share the experience with. Participants will be required to book and pay for their trip independently of the others on the same trip, either through a travel agent or online booking, a process which will be decided by the travellers themselves. If you have a thirst for adventure and need a travel buddy, this group is for you.

Description: Members who love to knit and/or crochet - or want to learn - are welcome to come and share their ideas, patterns, and techniques.

Day Trippers
On Tuesday, July 18, the Day Trippers enjoyed a scenic drive organized by Julia Howells and Moida Wheller which ended with lunch in Newcastle. A big thank you to both of them for this very pleasant day.

Day Trippers Day Trippers did “A Country Path” on Saturday, August 26th and visited a number of establishments in Tyrone, Bowmanville, Enniskillen, Hampton and Clarington. A great day!

It was with great enthusiasm that three of our club, Geri Sparkes, Janet Good and Gail Elliott journeyed in August on the first trip planned through the Oshawa PROBUS Club Travel Group. The Great British Telly Tour was a hit for all three.
